Comments: Kevin Fraley and Mike Lunde observed approximately 1 dozen adult coho salmon staging to spawn at the mouth of a clear stream that entered the Nenana River on the West bank, just south (upstream) of the mouth of Panguingue Creek on 9/22/2025. We caught 4 coho on rod and reel and observed the others in the clear water, as well as three other fish up near the railroad bridge. This stream is currently not shown on the AWC mapping, but appears to be the same stream as AWC code 334-40-11000-2490-3200-4079, but the lower creek, railroad crossing, and mouth need to be corrected in AWC mapping to match the actual course of the stream.
